Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Nepal Lube Oil limited (NLOL) organized its 27th AGM on 12th Poush, 2075 at Pulchowk, Yak Palace. During the AGM the Company Chairman/MD, Mr. Arun Kumar Chaudhary, all the Board Of Directors, Company Secretary and shareholders were present.
Chairman/MD, Mr. Arun Kumar Chaudhary, announced 40% dividend to its shareholders-Rs.30 (Proposed Cash Dividend per share) and Rs. 10 (Proposed bonus per share). He also expressed happiness about the last year achievement of 2600 KL.
